Corrosion Control Resources in Richardson, TX is looking for one lead painter/sandblaster to join our 8 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
• Cleaning of office, shop, jobsite, and equipment
• Using basic tools and equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for coating
• Carrying buckets, bags, boards, and other heavy items repeatedly
• Using brush and roller to paint as needed
• Using materials and equipment to setup clean working environments
• Following all CCR and customer site safety guidelines, reporting safety issues to a supervisor and avoiding unsafe work practices or using equipment without training
• VALID TXDL
Qualifications
*Spray experience *Able to clean, maintain and repair spray equipment on site *Sandblast Experience *Able to clean, maintain and repair blast pot on site *Able to communicate well with others *NACE certification desired, but not required *OSHA certification desired, but not required *Salary depends on experience
