Cancellations Processor: We hire the best employees to serve our customers. As a Cancellations Processor in our Accounting Department, you will be a part of a special team that plays a critical role in our cancellations process. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers by ensuring that cancellations are processed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Job Duties
• Verify documents according to the reason for the cancellation.
• Answer calls from customers, dealerships, and lienholders regarding cancellations
• Follow up on issues that arise from cancellations and payments
• Assist with contract transfers
• Time management with attention to detail
• Additional tasks and special projects as needed
Job Qualifications
• 1 year of experience
• Ability to manage high call volume and take calls professionally
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Common sense and confidence in decision making
• Must be a team player and adaptable
• High school degree or associates in accounting or related field preferred
Monday thru Friday with rotating Saturdays
