Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Accounting or related field
• Prior experience in aviation is preferred
• Strong communication - interpersonal and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communications skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Ability to gather and analyze complex data, utilizing deductive reasoning
• Ability to understand operational business processes, and apply technical/system knowledge
• Independent, logical thinker with proven ability to perform detailed data analysis and make sound decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
• Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as Tableau (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Technology savvy
Personal and Physical Requirements
• Ability to travel for projects. Travel up to 40%

• Possess the tact to effectively deal with all levels of employees.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background tests.
Performance Responsibilities
• Organize on-site technology training sessions with local leaders and effectively train Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and front line agent on G2’s Wheelchair/Cabin technology
• Responsible for oversight of day-to-day Performance reporting, forecasting, usage compliance, and developing data-driven insights to drive the business forward in a measurable way
• Point of contact for regional operational leaders in regard to compliance performance as it relates to G2’s Wheelchair/Cabin technology
• Project lead on Wheelchair/Cabin technology start-ups, coordinating with IT, project manager, and local leaders
