We’re seeking Mailroom/Shipping Clerk to work in a temporary opportunity. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.
Start Day: December 7, 2021
Pay Rate: $15/ph
Schedule: Month of December Monday-Friday 10am-9pm (Christmas Day Off)
Month of January Monday- Sunday 10am-6pm (Weekends & New Year’s Day Required)
Length of Contract: January 31, 2022 (Could extend past January for stellar candidates)
Job Description:
• Manually packaging, scanning, and shipping payrolls, vouchers, W2's and other necessary documentation to our clients
• Responsible for reviewing, packaging, scanning, and shipping payrolls, vouchers, W2's and other necessary documentation to our clients.
• Manually collating reports, checks, vouchers, and other documents into packages daily.
• This role is highly visible and requires attention to detail and QA standards to prevent errors in payroll quality and packaging for our clients.
• Avoids mistakes and errors to perform within acceptable rates of accuracy and accountability measurements.
