The Sales Enablement Analyst will be responsible for enabling our Financial Advisors (FAs), who support clients within a call center environment. The Analyst will work with the FAs by providing financial planning and investment recommendations to deliver an exceptional client experience and meet/exceed performance goals.
As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will also support the sales leadership team in deepening product knowledge, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships, and improving usage of the firm’s tools to enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities :
• Enables initiatives to drive client growth
• Presents insights to the sales leadership team
• Develops Financial Advisors through coaching and training
• Identifies areas of opportunity to better serve client financial planning needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience within sales (preferably financial services or a similar field), revenue-facing roles, sales training or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
• Active Series 7, and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations preferred
• CFP or other relevant designations preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations
• Ability to prioritize, complete projects and operate in a dynamic team-oriented environment with strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
