Kforce is currently seeking a Salesforce.com Administrator for our client in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
• In this role, the Salesforce.com Administrator will be planning, deploying, and supporting multiple applications across all working environments
• Developing, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting the devops workflows
• Salesforce.com Administrator will be developing tools to facilitate automated testing, performance monitoring, resiliency analysis, deployments, etc
• Researching, designing and prototyping new solutions to facilitate application growth
• High School diploma/GED required
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Possessing experience with administration, management, and logging for cloud based solutions
• Displaying knowledge of Azure DevOps, Powershell/Python, Azure CLI, XML file creation, ANT, YML, and Bash
• Experience with automating existing processes across multiple platforms and technologies (ie. leveraging restful API endpoints)
• Possessing experience with with operations, test automations, and configuration management tools
• Experience with administering integrations, connected apps, communities, security and other system administration areas in Salesforce; TCRM and Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Understanding of and experience with general salesforce setup and configuration such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types, dataset, dataflows, recipes, etc.
• Understanding of environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data, Single Sign On, Certificate & Key Management, License Management, etc.
• Experience with building, maintaining and controlling lower and production environments
• Familiar with using of Data Loader, Workbench, Datamanager tools
• Experience troubleshooting incidents in stage and production environments, ServiceNow familiarity for reporting and configuration
• Establishing proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities exist for all components of the platform
• Establishing system health and capacity is reviewed and enhanced as needed
• Experience working with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning development is a plus
