Position Summary
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for working to develop, and design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions the on the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript and Jelly), platform configuration, customization, custom application design and development, Studio, and deployment. Includes experience with ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items.
• Service portal configuration and development, Flow Designer/Workflow, and some experience configuring/customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, or Asset Management.
• Integration experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, and file imports).
• Experience developing with AngularJS.
• ServiceNow administration experience.
Preferred Skills
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Orchestration.
• LDAP and knowledge of Active Directory
• ServiceNow administration experience managing users, groups, and roles.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide technical expertise and development best practices.
• Gather and analyze requirements for system integrations or the development of new application features.
• Design, code, test, debug, implement, document, and administer ServiceNow integrations, new application features or feature enhancements.
• Manage update set migrations across instances, instance clone downs, and instance settings.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple development efforts concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners
