Robert Half has an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk opportunity in a stimulating work environment with a team of highly skilled professionals. This position works closely and reports to the Accounting Manager and handles all general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department. Matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. Your responsibilities in this role
- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out
daily processes and controls accurately and on time
- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite
special handling
- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
- Accomplish full-cycle A/P
- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other
documents
- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail
- Competent with spreadsheets and databases
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar
preferred
- Proficiency in Coupa preferred
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
