We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Case Managers. Certified Case Managers will be paid a $1,500 sign on bonus, and Case Manager Supervisors a $2,000 sign on bonus. Additional $500 signing bonus if you are bilingual, English-Spanish!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You'll provide direct case management services to children, birth families, foster families and primary caregiver(s) in the home setting, day care, preschool, and/or school to ensure they receive services appropriate to their needs, and continuity of care focused on resolving or preventing the issues of child abuse or neglect.  You'll provide assessment, planning, linkage, coordination, monitoring, evaluation and advocacy to the child, family, foster family and primary caregiver.  You'll team with a therapist, foster parents, primary caregiver, guardian ad litem and other appropriate professionals.  Finally, you'll develop, strengthen and maintain a direct working relationship with mental health professionals, community agencies and the child’s own support system.
WHAT WE OFFER:
• $36,000 annually to start

• $38,500 annually after pre-service training is complete (about 8 weeks)
• $40,000 annually upon certification (between 9 months and a year)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Current Drivers License and Proof of Insurance
