We are currently seeking a talented and experienced assistant to help lead our team of professional photographers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an assistant role for a professional photographer, be highly motivated and possess superior organizational skills. A talented Assistant will also have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment by helping to organize the necessary equipment and poses for each wedding. In addition to technical photo experience, this position requires some administrative duties, including filling out and printing paperwork for each shoot and keeping track of personal schedule. Responsibilities: Assist Lead Photographer with all photography-related tasks such as: lighting, props, equipment, shot list, timeline and scheduling. Act as liaison and interact with clients and vendors. Photograph weddings including people (posed and candid) and details. Placing/setting/controlling off-camera lighting gear. Execute7 elements of photography: composition/texture/depth/lighting/lines/patterns/vantage point Assist with execution of timeline and logistics of the wedding day Make notes of anything that strays from the planned timeline/shot list
