**Description** The Lead Agile Coach Coaches, educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Lead Agile Coach works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. **Responsibilities** The Lead Agile Coach work includes creating tools and leading training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their day-to-day work. The job guides an organization through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices. Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity. May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the enterprise. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
