Job Description
Responsible for reviewing and completing requests for collateral files from both internal and external partners while maintaining our service level agreements. Upon receipt, review collateral to insure that all required documentation is on hand and meets the requirements of the requestor. Communicate with requestors both internal and external to the Bank regarding status of their request. Support teammates, as needed with their custodians, as back up. Escalate any issues to management and follow-through until completion on requests.
Required Skills:
+ Understanding of loan servicing
+ Understanding of collateral operations
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills
+ Analytical Skills
+ Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Keep up to date on investor changes related to forms and requirements
+ Ability to lift or carry30lbs. (Boxes of collateral files)
Desired Skills:
+ Knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) System
+ Knowledge of PDIM, EDRS
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
+ Critical thinker and problem solver
+ Adapts well to an ever changing environment
+ Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
