Full Job Description This person will be responsible for assisting with site work inspections for single family developments, apartments, utility extensions, road extensions, road widening, commercial developments, parks, schools, and churches. Also assisting with site work inspection of underground utilities, sanitary pump stations, drainage ponds, storm water piping systems, roadways, parking facilities, wetland creation areas, underground storm water vaults and Conspan Bridge Systems and all ensuing clerical needs surrounding said inspections.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability required:
- Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver's license
- Able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions

- Able to organize and plan tasks and time wisely to insure completion of all projects
- Able to lift 25-35 pounds with additional moderate physical effort

- Knowledge of principles of civil engineering related to general construction
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering and construction blueprints, drawing, plans, and specifications
- Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Work Environment: This job operates in an office setting 75% of the time, but also requires field work 25% of the time
- Education and/or Experience: minimum education requirement is high school completion and at least two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
