• Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
• 2+ years of finance and/or accounting experience; experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Excellent organizational ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and internal stakeholders in both verbal and written form
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Tampa office as a member of our client finance function, working directly with finance managers, client service team leaders and colleagues within client finance and across several administrative functions within the firm. You will also be a member of a larger North American team with 30 accountants, senior accountants and specialists. You will report to a North American manager of client finance.
What You'll Do
You will support client service teams and the office in managing the economics of our client engagements throughout the engagement lifecycle.
In this role, you will review client engagements for appropriate setup, monthly monitoring of fees and expenses, and billing/accounts receivable. You will analyze and provide reasoning for variances then make appropriate recommendations. You'll oversee/assist with the design and implementation of new financial processes and streamline existing procedures as required in compliance with firm finance policies. You will also do ad-hoc analyses and special project support as needed.
Full time positions are available as of 2022 for graduates.
