Full Job Description TempExperts is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative to join a government organization.
Responsibilities will include:
• Process inbound calls from potential applicants in need of social services.
• Answer questions about programs, application processes, etc.
• Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Attributes:
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high-volume of inbound calls.
• Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
• Ability to multitask between incoming calls and logging notes/orders.
• Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience, making callers the primary focus.
