Full Job Description The Call Center Customer Care Representative responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
Remote Call Center Customer Care Rep Tampa FL
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
• Project Assignment for 4 + months (Possible Contract to Hire)
• Working Schedule: Flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 9:30 AM and 7:00 PM Training Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (3 weeks)

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Service Rep? You’ll be:
• Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
• Operates a computer to obtain and extract information, documents information, activities, and changes in the database.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
• Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
• Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Possess a HS Diploma or GED
• One year of Call Center experience
• Healthcare Insurance experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products plus dual monitor experience
• An acute attention to detail/accuracy and effective note taking/documenting skills
• Must be able to handle/process high call volumes, at times while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance business needs
