Full Job Description JOB TITLE: Clubhouse Security Officer
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Part Time (Less than 30 hours per week)
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Vesta Property Services provides property management and related services to developers of planned unit communities and residential associations. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Vesta offices are strategically located throughout the Sunshine State. Vesta employs over 1,000 trained and educated professionals providing a wide spectrum of services to residents of more than 300,000 homes in over 300 communities.
SUMMARY
Responsible for the safety, welfare and enforcement of all North Clubhouse rules and policies by all residents and guests using the Clubhouse facilities. Assisting the 2020 Centre Security staff as necessary. Referring potential applicants and training.
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:
• Foot patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned location.
• Secure all entrances and exits of the Clubhouse and the Pool areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and persons.
• Write detailed incident reports.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• Available to help cover vacations, time-off, holidays and special events.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance.
• Providing exceptional customer service to both residents and their visitors as well as community visitors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional work environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, climb stairs and ramps during shift.
TRAVEL:
No travel is expected for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED
