Main Duties & Responsibilities
Handles all customer orders in keeping with company customer satisfaction practice.
Serves counter customers or acknowledges promptly upon approaching the parts counter.
Suggests at least one additional related item to each customer on every call.
Communicates all customer relationship issues to Parts Manager including complaints, obtains all pertinent information prior to reporting and suggests course of action.
Enters all parts sales orders promptly and correctly in the computer for printing and shipping the order. All parts orders to be completed daily, assisting co-workers as needed.
Processes parts returns the day received, check for condition and original sell price.
Maintains current knowledge of all information resources, including SIS, Infocast, Reman, ANTARES, and Allied lines.
Assists with filling orders when necessary.
Maintains neat lobby display and counter work area.

Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in CAT parts experience.
Computer skills. Proficient in dealer computer systems, ANTARES, SIS, Infocast.
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
