Responsibilities and Qualifications
Summary:
The Client Relations Representative’s primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction by responding to client inquiries in an efficient, timely, and a well communicated manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the daily point of contact for a group of clients as it relates to minor account issues
• Promptly research and respond to all inquiries from clients
• Answer multiple phones lines
• Manage all attorney requests for client
• Resolve routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicate solution or requested information to the Client or internal team member.
• Assist Client Relations Manager or Director in resolving client account issues by researching and or obtaining necessary documentation from internal or external resources
• Assist team members with various processing and billing tasks as needed including AR issues
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports as needed
• Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
• Compliance with policies and procedures
Skills/Experience Required:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of related experience, such as customer service or medical billing
• Able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Able to use a 10 key by touch
• Ability to read EOB’s
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
• Moderate understanding of Financial, accounting, or accounts receivable functions
• Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Professional and very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful - Ability to work with various different websites in order to obtain necessary information to resolve client issues.
• Ability to adapt in using multiple different software programs to facilitate daily work load
• Flexible to handle unexpected daily challenges
