Charge Registered Nurse - Operating Room
The Clinical Nurse III - OR is proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members. The CN III performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. Required Experience includes 2 years acute care experience or 2 years Interventional/Procedural. Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship. Required Education includes: BSN
Strongly prefer 2 years RN experience in Operating Room and previous charge/coordinator experience. Prefer CNOR
