TALENT ADVISOR NURSING Administrative & Clerical Support Hours: M-F 8a-5p Day Shift - Full Time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: NE N30 - 29.0000 - 36.4500
Position Highlights: The Talent Advisor Nursing is responsible for creating a diverse pipeline of internal and external candidates for current and future clinical areas of the hospital ( positions that require a RN license) and non-clinical positions within an assigned business unit by using multiple media including but not limited to: competitor and market research, advertising, college, local and out-of-state career fairs, social networking, web-based/internet and online recruitment efforts to go after passive applicants in filling positions within the inpatient and outpatient areas of the hospital. # The Talent Advisor Nursing will partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers within the hospital and any other recruitment resources within and outside of Moffitt to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions. The Talent Advisor Nursing will also be expected to maintain a recruitment portfolio of open registered nursing and any other positions that require RN license for both inpatient and outpatient ambulatory care services within the nursing and clinical areas of the Center. # The Talent Advisor Nursing will also strategically work and collaborate with Patient Care Managers and Clinic Operations manager to plan, design and implement nursing retention strategy to develop and retain experienced nurses from leaving the Cancer Center. This would involve regular meeting with the nurses, stay interviews and exit interviews of nurses on an ongoing basis. # The Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated proactive approach towards sourcing and market research. Must have working knowledge of the principles/methods of recruiting and candidate screening and behavioral based interviewing. Must have effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem‐solving skills, ability to research and gather market intelligence and manage multiple searches at any time. Knowledge of local, state and regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR is also necessary. Proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems. Excellent organization skills Demonstrated professional communication skills both in writing and verbally Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize Ability to successfully negotiate and #close# # Responsibilities: Source, evaluate and recommend potential candidates to fill current and future vacancies throughout the organization. Develop recruiting campaigns with an emphasis on #grass roots# recruiting and diversity recruiting to support business needs.# Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle from identification of need through sourcing of talent and interviewing to closing / making an offer Partner with HR Onboarding to ensure the candidate successfully completes the pre-hire process. Coordinates all pre-employment, professional development, departmental meetings and training activities related to nurse recruiting. # Credentials and Qualifications: Bachelor#s Degree in Business, Communication or other related discipline required. # Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.# # Preferred: Bachelor#s Degree in Human Resource Management # Human Resources Professional Certification - either SHRM CP or PHR or SPHR # Five (5) + years recruiting experience in sourcing and recruiting talent Oncology Nursing experience. #
