Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the recruitment of associates within various fields for our Corporate Fortune 500 clients.
• Worked together with Leadership to develop and oversee policies and programs to increase associate retention.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Ability to make 100+ phone calls per day.
• Updating resumes with job specific requirements using MS Word.
· Responsible for driving The Fountain Group Culture through its values and customer service standards.
· 2-4 years of experience in Recruiting
· Relentless attention to detail
· MS Office experience Required .
· STEM focused recruiters Preferred .
· Background in hospitality, sales, customer service, call centers, people-oriented positions.
