Full Job Description Tampa Law Firm is seeking a qualified Billing Clerk and Reinstatement Payoff Admin for its expanding practice. Collegial work environment and opportunity for growth within. Benefits and competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Job Responsibilities Billing Clerk:
• Assist in the preparation of pre-suit collection letters and liens.
• Monitor actions by superior lien holders.
• Process billing and track payments.
• Initiate, respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with clients and borrowers.
• Regularly maintain status reports and calendar deadlines.
• And other duties as required.
Job Responsibilities Reinstatement Payoff Admin:
• Answer incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Work the client system and internal case management system to ensure the information is synchronized and up to date.
• Maintain client system workloads.
• Log all requests within the case management system.
• Initiate, respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with clients and borrowers.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• And other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of three years of experience in Billing, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Customer Service experience.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume foreclosure firm.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Must be organized and be able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour
