Description
The Company is looking for a trusted and accountable maintenance technician. This sole responsibility will be to support tenants at the office building and attend to other properties. This individual will require carpenter capabilities, HVAC support, manage multiple vendors and manage the needs of the tenants in respect to the building. The candidate should be handy, responsible, hardworking and able to respond to tenant requests.

• Hourly range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. (based on experience and qualifications)

Including Maintenance on:
• Office building General Grounds clean- up/Break/fix
• HVAC support and Maintenance
• Irrigation and landscape to be maintained
• Multi-tenant support at commercial building
• Manage vendors to maintain properties
• Property fix/repair for Condo/Home/office complex
A Typical Work Day May Include:
• Completing preventative, predictive maintenance throughout the properties
• Documenting all completed work and the conditions found
• Calling vendors to support needs of the facility
• Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, etc.
• Maintaining the building and grounds daily
• Gardening, Landscape, weed control and Irrigation Repair
• Light electrical (changing ballasts, bulbs, receptacles, switches and installation of lights and ceiling fans)
• Light Plumbing (drain repair, clog removal, sink and toilet installation/repair including hardware)
• Light carpentry (wood rot repair, trim, deck repair, measuring and cutting other wood repairs)
• Sheetrock repair (patching, sanding and painting)
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must have 5+ yrs experience
• References are a MUST
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
• Be available to take calls when there is pressing matters on the weekends
• Ability to work overtime, weekends with advance notice (very rare)
• Possess a High School diploma/GED or two-year equivalent experience
• Prior experience troubleshooting and maintaining multiple properties
• Basic plumbing, carpentry & electrical skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word & Outlook
• Communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Must have reliable vehicle (monthly allowance for use of personal vehicle)
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Must pass criminal and financial background check
Compensation and Hours
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hour DOE (Depends on Experience) 401K, Dental, Flex-Time, Flexible Benefit Account, Holidays, Life Insurance, Medical, Sick Leave, Travel Allowance, Vacation, Vision Other Benefits: Not Available Full or Part Time: Full Time (30 Hours or More) Job Duration: Over 150 Days Type of Job: Regular
