Position Summary:
We are looking for a content marketing manager who will support campaigns and measurements across our organization. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of League as we continue to expand the scope of our marketing initiatives. This role will require that you collaborate across sales, marketing and executive teams to drive brand awareness, increase League’s industry thought leadership presence and facilitate operational efficiency. The marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged. We are seeking an individually motivated person with a creative problem-solving mindset to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Coordinate, organize and execute the activities associated with content development for League's marketing strategy. This may include, but is not limited to, professional meetings with subject matter experts, working with the brand design team to execute our creative vision and coordinating with external organizations to draft, edit and approve content.
• Support the content marketing team with developing and delivering content across League’s branded platforms. This includes content across a variety of mediums including but not limited to videos, blogs, podcasts, thought leadership articles/whitepapers and social media posts.
• Assist with the organizational activities essential to a robust marketing plan. This includes balancing and prioritizing short-term and long-term marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with individual team leaders to identify operational hurdles. Support marketing team in order to facilitate on-time, consistent delivery of content across channels.
• Create and maintain reports with a focus on quantitative marketing metrics and KPIs across marketing and sales activities.
About you:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience working in the U.S. healthcare market is required.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Content creation experience with an emphasis on video, podcasts, blogs and social media.
• Experience crafting healthcare narratives with a focus on consumer experiences.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to deliver on-time content and prioritize competing projects Familiarity with Jira, Figma and Wordpress a plus.
