Overview
The Opportunity:
Fisher Investments is looking for a Visual Designer to join our Global Marketing Department. This is a great opportunity to propel your career forward by creating extraordinary experiences seen by affluent investors across the globe. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work with other creative and marketing professionals in our in-house agency, to be a hands-on leader of our UX/UI practice while also influencing creative across online and offline channels globally. You will use your conceptual and technical design skills, and leadership capabilities to lead projects while working with other teams to ensure consumer- and data-driven decision-making is at the core of our design process.
The Day-to-Day:
• Explain ideas, design solutions and creative approaches to our teams and department leadership
• Work with Designers, Business Owners, Developers and other partners to determine data-driven and consumer-focused design needs across multiple channels (digital, print, direct mail, content , etc. )
• Develop detailed sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes for interactive experiences across multiple platforms
• Partner with our internal Creative Director, Graphic Designers and developers to come up with creative ideas while building campaign launches to help marketing channels improve performance
• Create new digital experiences and design solutions appropriate for our target audiences
• Work within a cloud-based project management system to field requests and manage workflows
• Apply design solutions to help improve multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
• Research third-party design/UX application to help manage and bring on new external partners to help with production
Your Qualifications:
• 7+ years hands-on experience with design;5+ years UX/UI design experience; demonstrated experience with responsive web design and mobile UX; leadership experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator and InDesign) and Sketch
• Experience using analytics to improve design
• Ability to demonstrate proposed design solutions for company partners
• Experience managing direct-response digital media a plus
• U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
