American Products, Inc. (API) manufactures architectural metal products such as storefronts, doors, canopies, sunshades, ACM panel systems, brake metal and handrail from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. Our customers include some of the largest national chains in the country such as Chipotle, Outback, PDQ, Gap, Ann Taylor, Lids, Forever 21, Gap, Old Navy etc. as well as architects, general contractors and subcontractors located nationally throughout the US.
We are looking for a very outgoing, professional Inside Sales Representative . You will work out of our office in Oldsmar making outbound sales calls to sell our construction-related products. You will be contacting national chains, architects, construction companies and subcontractors.
Inside Sales Responsibilities :
Make outbound sales calls daily
Close sales
Build and maintain lasting relationships
Develop sales proposals, presentations and quotes for customers
Collaborate with marketing and sales team on marketing strategies
Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends, products and technical information
Inside Sales Experience / Knowledge / Education:
2+ years of successful inside sales or outside sales and successful closing experience
Ability to quickly establish personal relationships with potential and existing clients
Excellent organizational and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Experience with architectural products and blueprints a plus but not required
