American Products, Inc. (API) manufactures architectural metal products such as storefronts, doors, canopies, sunshades, acm panel systems, brake metal and handrail from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. Our customers include some of the largest national chains in the country such as Chipotle, Outback, PDQ, Gap, Ann Taylor, Lids, Forever 21, etc. as well as architects, general contractors and subcontractors located nationally throughout the US.
We are looking for a very outgoing, professional Telemarketer . You will work out of our office in Oldsmar making outbound calls to customers regarding our construction-related products. You will be contacting national chains, architects, construction companies and subcontractors. This is a non sales/non commission position.
Telemarketer Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls daily
? Conduct internet research for specific profile of companies
? Build and maintain lasting relationships
? Develop sales proposals, presentations and quotes for customers
? Collaborate with marketing and sales team on marketing strategies
? Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends, products and technical information
Telemarketer Experience / Knowledge / Education
? Ability to quickly establish personal relationships with potential and existing clients
? Excellent organizational and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent computer skills
? Experience with architectural products and blueprints a plus but not required
