Full Job Description West Park Animal Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Client Service Representative/Receptionist who is passionate about primary care and ready to rediscover the joy of customer service.

What we offer:
Manageable and predictable work schedule- The position available is for part-time work . We would prefer someone to work full days, but are open to discussing other work schedules. We are not open weekends .
Plentiful days off and no “on-call”. Your time is truly your time . Our operating hours are M,T,Th,F 7:30am-6pm and W 10am-8pm. We do not offer boarding or keep animals in the hospital after hours or on the weekend.

Our Client Service team members play an integral role in ensuring a smooth flow of patient appointments and communications.

What we Require From a Candidate:
At least 3-5 years of quality customer service experience, preferably in the veterinary field.
Confidence communication skills to help our clients understand the “Why, What, and How” of your recommendations for their pets.
Excellent organization and time management abilities. We expect full follow through on all client communication.
An absolute commitment to the idea that pets are family and a desire to work with a team of medical professional that deliver the highest quality medicine.
What We Hope You’ll Bring:
An understanding of medical procedures/veterinary office operations.
Experience in a practice that utilizes Avimark, PetDesk or Zipwhip.
