What You Will Be Doing -Providing direct supervision to two or more permit coordinators
-Ensure individual building lot permits are prepared and submitted
-Collaborate with architects when necessary
-Monthly Vendor Survey Review
-Some job site visits
-Plan preparation
What You Need for this Position -2+ years in a similar permitting role
-Experience with a homebuilder highly preferred
