Prime Protection - ADT Authorized Dealer
Prime Protection is a top ADT dealer in Tampa, and is continuing to expand to other major cities throughout Florida.
We are currently looking to fulfill a position.
This job is part customer service, part admin, part collections, and part recruiting.
The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, and wants to grow with us.
Experience is preferred, especially in the home security arena, but not required, however an admin background is paramount. Must be able to communicate well, be persuasive and likable, capable of multitasking, a quick learner, and professionally persistent.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Customer Service and creating a great customer experience
• Taking care of the minutia but important tasks around the office
• Interacting with ADT corporate and handling any issues that arise
• Calling customers and updating credit card info wen necessary
• Recruiting outside sales representatives via job sites for all cities we are currently in and will be in
• Fielding and screening calls and basic administrative duties
• Interviewing candidates (via phone/zoom/in person)
• Maintaining connections on Indeed, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Being active on Social Media and interacting with people and/or groups to build awareness for our positions and recruit individuals and/or dealers
• Leveraging relationships
• Looking for dealers to join our Dealer program
• Making every customer experience fantastic
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
