Full Job Description Job Summary
•
Responsible for handling order processing for Projector People and inbound phone fielding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•
Process orders for Projector People sales
• Answer daily field calls on operator line
• Provide tracking on invoices when requested by customers
• Manage distribution of incoming leads, faxes, and emails
• Manage distribution of online sales orders
• Collaborate with other internal departments on special projects when needed(AR, Procurement, Warehouse)
• Serve as back-up for manual invoices
• Other duties assigned as needed
Skills and Abilities
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
Education and/or Experience
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, data entry and/or administration experience preferred
