As Hemmersbach information technology engineer, your tasks include:
• Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware.
• Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment
• Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites
Our Requirements • Experience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM and NetApp
• Customer service soft skills and strong verbal and written communication in English
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel daily to local end customer sites
• Optional: working technical knowledge of standard server system software (Linux, Windows, VMWare)
