Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced commercial real estate bookkeeper to join our fast-paced team in our Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will be responsive, reliable, and accountable.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Preparation and timely tax filings.
• Assist with calculation of tax accruals and various tax reports.
• Periodic analysis and review of accounting/tax data.
• Assist with tax audits through research and addressing document requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
We require the following in this role:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Commercial real estate tax experience and/or applicable internship(s) desired.
• Experience working with commercial real estate tax preparation.
• Strong analytical skills to comprehend complex financial information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/MS Office Suite and Quickbooks.
• Experience in utilizing databases for information management desired.
• Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with professionals at all levels.
Pay is DOE.
