Full Job Description Angels Senior Living currently has an exciting opportunity available for a few unique individuals that would like to learn from the best how to successfully lead and manage an assisted living/memory care community. We are seeking Administrators in Training who have a true passion for elders, are eager to learn, seek personal and professional growth, and are looking for opportunities to build a career in our company.

The Administrator in Training will learn:
Promoting the community externally and touring prospective residents
Move in process with new residents
Remaining current on open inventory, pending move-ins and potential move-outs
Ensuring all state regulations and company policies are followed
Establishing a positive rapport with local and state agencies and ensuring the community is survey ready at all times
Implementation, negotiation and maintenance of certain community contracts
Assisting in the development and management of a budget
Conducting regular team meetings
Promoting an open door policy for all residents, family members and associates
Monitoring resident care on a daily basis
Implementing the emergency procedures when necessary
Leading the recruitment and selection process for new hires
Coordinating training classes and orientation programs for new hires to ensure training is current and well documented
Maintaining payroll records, evaluations, and personnel files
