Description
Seeking a full-time, qualified Charter Sales Manager in the Southwest Florida area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage customer communications related to product & service offering.
• Generate new sales opportunities.
• Develop new customers.
• Quote customer prices as documented in the system.
• Follow-up with customer quotes.
• Customer order entry.
• Manage customer reporting.
• Maintain customer account profiles as required.
• Answer questions related to warranties and terms of sale.
• Handle product recalls as instructed.
• Coordinate with internal departments any unique customer requirements.
• Update customers with shipping information.
• Periodically update the leadership with either new market information or trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field, or:
• A minimum of five years' experience in a customer service or sales role, and a minimum of two years' experience in aviation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software offerings required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
