Bryan Hindman Electric, founded by Bryan and Heather Hindman, is an established company offering a wide variety of services to customers from Sun City Center and Apollo Beach to Riverview and Fishhawk, and everywhere in between! Our specialty is working directly with homeowners in the residential service area. We also handle residential remodels and additions and light commercial projects. We are virtually paperless, allowing our team to focus on what we do best - provide the best in craftsmanship and service.

Skills and Responsibilities:
• Act as an assistant to the Operations Manager as needed
• Maintain files, keep records and perform other clerical tasks
• Answer phones and make calls as needed in a professional and pleasant manner
• Assist with/arrange for day-to-day operations
• Order office supplies and accept deliveries
• Easily navigate through Microsoft Office, email, and the Internet
• Be a positive representative of the Company
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements :
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year experience working as an administrative assistant or in an office environment - construction office experience a plus!
• Excellent computer skills
• Superb written and oral communication skills including proof-reading skills
• Ability to handle several tasks and once and make decisions
