Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
• Talk to patients regarding medical bills.
• Follow up on denied claims.
• Collections on medical bills.
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
• Some medical insurance knowledge.
• Bilingual a plus!
• Great customer service skills, professional, goal oriented.
• Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook.
