RemX is looking for an experienced Team Lead in Hillsborough county
MUST HAVE PRIOR TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE
$28 per hour. Possible Overtime opportunities.
Schedule - Must be flexible on days but first shift hours
Looking to lead a team for 20-25 agents in different locations throughout the Hillsborough county area to gather 50-60 signatures a day for a gambling expansion and tax initiative to be added to the ballot for Florida voters
This is a contract position that will last until Mid-December 2021.
Job Requirements
Team Lead Requirements:
• Must be experienced in managing/leading 15-20 people.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have strong leadership skills/experience
• Must be a strong communicator
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have Microsoft office experience
Agent Requirements:
• Candidates must have transportation to multiple sites through Hillsborough County
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours daily (some sites are outside and will be HOT).
• Must consent to Level I Criminal Background check.
• Customer Service experience preferred!
