Job Description
This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week with flexible on-site schedule during office hours. Responsibilities including helping HCC balance monthly invoice reconciliations with payroll deductions, benefit plan and data auditing and retirement plan enrollment processing. This position regularly utilizes and updates our Human Resources Information System and benefit vendor systems and assists with other employee benefits and HR projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer candidates who have experience with complex invoice reconciliations with experience with employee benefits. This position requires intermediate excel experience including proficiency with vlookup, formulas and pivot tables. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently when completing routine weekly tasks.
