Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Front Office IT PM - ION Trading/Bloomberg. In this role, the Senior Front Office IT PM is responsible for managing and supporting project management efforts focused on the markets domain (front office), and coordinates, monitors and manages different initiatives. Responsibilities:
• In this role, the Senior Front Office IT PM advises executive management of recommended changes and/or improvements
• Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level
• Manages/leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements
• The Senior Front Office IT PM will monitor key milestones and outcomes of responsible projects in the program throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards
• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
• Senior Front Office IT PM develops presentations, dashboards, reports and other team and executive level project communications and documentation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience; Extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skills
• Ability to scope out and develop work plan and resource requirements and risks associated with activities
• Excellent project management skills; ability to manage resources, sets scope, time scales, and deliverables, recognizes changing requirements and addresses program/project impact
• Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools. (SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
• Advanced understanding of Front office systems, specially ION Trading and the Bloomberg platform
• Languages: English (must), Spanish (nice to have)
