CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST
Monday - Friday
• Client Service experience required to oversees daily office functions
• Manage incoming calls and emails – excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Assist customer needs and motivations
• Generate sales leads
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents within the CRM.
• Maintain social media presences - Generate, edit publish and share content
• Implement social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required
• Manage orders, payments, package tracking and delivery updates
• Occasionally help in warehouse, pack and ship orders
Qualifications:
• 2+ years applicable job experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to anticipate problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
• Speaks French or another language, plus
