As a Direct Marketing Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing effective face-to-face communication with both clients and customers. You will do this by using knowledge of our clients' products and services. Sales Representatives work hard to expand Market Social's footprint and have a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to ensure the client's wants and needs are met for their products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Continuously train and coach the part-time Brand Ambassadors on how to professionally engage customers
• Work closely with Sales Management, Traditional Marketing Management, and the General Manager to set and reach annual objectives
• Build and maintain customer and client relationships
• A consistently positive attitude and great motivation
• The ability to learn quickly and move on from both success and failure
• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
• Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma / GED required
• Previous customer service, marketing, sales experience (not required, but a plus)
• Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
• Commitment to continual education about the company, our clients, and their products and services.
