Full Job Description Are you looking for a leadership role or a position that has the opportunity for advancement? Our team has been able to expand into 20 states nationwide and provide marketing and sales solutions across each and every one of them. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and career-driven individuals to help grow our team in FL!
Our Promotional Marketer work hard to expand our footprint while also having a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to ensure the client's wants and needs are met for their products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Continuously train and coach the part-time Brand Ambassadors on how to professionally engage customers
• Build and maintain customer and client relationships
• A consistently positive attitude and great motivation
• The ability to learn quickly and move on from both success and failure
• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
• Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma / GED required
• Previous customer service, marketing, sales experience (not required, but a plus)
• Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
• Commitment to continual education about the company, our clients, and their products and services.
