Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-Month Contract at one of our biggest energy clients! This position requires that the selected candidate will work in Tampa, FL.
Job Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist partners with business leaders to understand position and business requirements, develops effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent and facilitates a fair and inclusive recruitment process. As subject matter expert in TA, you will develop sourcing strategies and conduct pro-active outreach for hard to fill roles. You will also act as a brand ambassador, build, and nurture relationships with prospective candidates, post-secondary institutions, and industry partners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience, a PHR or SPHR is preferred.
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing or Human Resources experience.
• Previous community outreach or marketing is ideal.
• High degree of initiative, proactive in nature, results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Solid project management, negotiation, and organization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and agility to multi-task and prioritize are essential.
• Applicant Tracking System and proactive sourcing experience is ideal.
• Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of some of the requirements
