Role Summary:
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The duties and responsibilities may change from time to time without notice and include but are not limited to the duties described below
Position Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Act as liaison on behalf of Logistics drivers with internal/external customers, LTDC personnel and all management.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Open bales, crates and other containers
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Wear the proper safety equipment
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum High School Diploma. 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs.
• Attain Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
• Experience with warehouse management systems, with focus on SAP
• Must be at least 21 years of age
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met. Due to the nature of our business, it is advocated that when representing Trulieve that our professionalism meets the needs of the medical patient base that we respectively serve. To uniformly align with the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service. In addition, must be able to quickly identify and insert additional support where needed to deescalate situations without compromising Trulieve’s objective in serving our patient base with excellent customer service.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
WORK SCHEDULE:
45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.
