Kforce has a Tampa, FL client that is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a 100% remote position. Summary: The Customer Service Representatives I (CSR) make an impact everyday by delivering world class service to the IRS supporting all things IRS, tax returns and stimulus checks. Will be responding to calls regarding eligibility for stimulus checks, why they haven't got their stimulus/tax return yet, validate stimulus/tax return payment amounts. Address situations and questions such as: My dad's a Sr I'm a Jr and my dad got both stimulus checks and cashed them; how do I get my stimulus check? I opened a new bank account, and the stimulus/tax return was sent to the old bank account-how do I receive my stimulus check/tax return? When will I receive my tax return/stimulus check? How do I submit/I need help submitting my tax return, etc.). Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:
• Customer Service Representatives will be responding to numerous phone inquiries using standard technology: telephones, e-mail and web browsers IN-Contact & AWS
• As a Customer Service Representatives, you will be assisting callers in finishing online applications
• Completing daily electronic call logs
• Adhering to privacy rules
• Customer Service Representatives will be connecting callers with leadership as needed for escalations
• Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters
• Completing all assigned training as necessary
• High School diploma or GED/equivalent required
• Minimum six (6) months customer service experience required
• Ability to work within established turnaround times
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• Ability to work as a member of a team
