We are seeking a dynamic customer-focused builder to lead our Australia Services team. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will be focused functionally on leading the Services group and driving client success through our service offerings. You must also be able to contribute management skills, strategic perspectives and business acumen to a group that is leading the growth and development of our business.
Functionally, the Services team represents the largest staff group in the Xandr Australia business. This role will require direct accountability for staff groups to develop best practices, knowledge sharing, and service solutions with global buy-in. Links back into the International and North American business to deliver global solutions are essential, and a proven track record of delivery and influence within global organisations is vital.
The Services team is responsible for engaging with clients to assist in developing and executing a project plan or partnership that will enable our customers to be amazingly successful at running their business through our enterprise software platform; this entails architecting solutions, project managing and implementation, and consulting with customers to achieve their objectives and capitalise on the vast new possibilities created by real-time bidding.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage direct functional reporting successfully whilst diving in to support key clients and services team members to deliver successful outcomes. Demonstrating strong leadership, alignment, cooperation and ownership in conjunction with peers representing global functional groups and regional market owners who set and align local strategy is critical to setting both this role and our international business up for success.
**Candidates will:**
+ Become a product and domain expert, and share that expertise with customers
+ Manage 2-6 managers and individual contributor employees who are servicing customers on both Invest DSP Platform and Monetize SSP Platform, providing guidance and coaching
+ Lead weekly team meetings to engage employees and boost their knowledge of our customers, industry and technology
+ Work closely with our Commercial Partners to generate tangible business results and return on investment.
+ Deeply understand the customers business to help them understand how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the Xandr Platform.
+ Become a Trusted Advisor to your clients, helping them to meet their business goals leveraging Xandr Platform Technology
+ Work with the international leadership team and local markets to evolve and drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
+ Lead the team's professional development and continue building the team by recruiting top talent, keeping the talent engaged/motivated and enabling growth/career pathing
+ Evolve Services model and launch of new business-appropriate service models as the GTM plans evolve.
+ Single point of escalation in Australia, with authority to manage all in region resourcing decisions
+ Strive for operational excellence and scale by continually evaluating what is driving the best results and implementing operational improvements
+ Deepen influence with clients through an executive level and strategic engagement and serve as a high-level escalation point
+ Partner with Product to understand the value of new products and evangelise solutions/features both internally and externally
Responsible for evolving the Services Culture to support development and retention in a way that complements the goals of the broader organisation
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience building and implementing service offerings in high-growth, B2B software, and technology industries
+ 7-10 years of work experience in a client-facing, advisory role
+ 1-4 years of people management experience
+ Programmatic or Media Planning experience preferred
+ Passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
+ Outstanding communication, presentation and organisational skills; process-oriented yet entrepreneurial
+ Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation in Excel and a demonstrable passion for learning new technologies, including digital media buying, MySQL, APIs or Python
+ Proven record of partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams, demonstrating ownership of commercial outcomes that contribute to the organisation's achievement of revenue targets and strategic commercial goals
+ Works exceptionally well across groups, who at times have conflicting priorities or points of view
+ Outstanding communication skills: one-on-one, presentation and content building, with a track record for teaching others these critical skills
+ BA/BS degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred but not required.
