**Description** The Sales Support Representative 4 role supports the Sales Teams from an Administrative side. **Responsibilities** The Sales Support Representative 4 claims monthly sales to ensure that sales team members are paid accurately and on time. Foster and build relationships with internal and external customers through effective and timely communication. Work closely with market contacts to ensure inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. Provide guidance regarding hierarchy and alignment of sales and broker relationships. Proficiency in Excel and competency with Access to create reports, and provide audit and reconciliation of sales for internal and external partners. Ability to manage special requests in a timely and accurate manner. Duties will result in becoming a subject matter expert in various areas of sales operations, data claiming, and reporting. Successfully works within broad guidelines with little oversight. **Required Qualifications** + 2 - 4 years of experience in sales, sales support, or related field + Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint + Previous experience with coordinating and leading projects and tasks + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role).
