**Description** The Lead Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. **Responsibilities** **Role:** Clinical Technology Lead Product Manager The Clinical Technology Lead Product Manager is responsible for helping to manage the work of the product owners (POs) which each own their individual products and setting priorities for that work. The Lead Product Manager in part will be responsible for overseeing the products in their entirety ensuring that it is considered 'whole and complete' from a defined customer's perspective and meet business goals. The Lead Product Manager will work with business to understand what the business objectives and strategy are and then take that understanding to the IT teams to help produce the best technical strategy. Partner with the scrum of scrum and the POs to manage and prioritize the flow of work to ensure that the backlog is full and complete and properly tagged so if work is needed to pull forward it is available. The Lead Product Manager will work with the different IT teams and business to understand at a higher level the functionality we currently have and what is being delivered to help us get to a place where we have an inventory to select from and are only creating new functionality when needed. Work with business and POs to ensure operational readiness plans, business workflows, and metrics are complete and ready with delivery of new or updated functionality. Helps to develop or enhance processes within the product owner team and with our partners. + Meet with business to understand strategy and vision and have a clear understanding of the business model/process and what solutions are needed + Work with business on understanding of contractual requirements + Ensure individual POs with ownership of different products are aligned to deliver end to end business solutions + Follow up post release with operational leaders to determine any issues/barriers and adoption rate of new functionality. + Partner with PO and support teams if issues do occur to make sure they are tracked to resolution + Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap + Participate in PI planning sessions + Work with system architect/engineering to understand enabler work + Lead a team of Product Owners **Role Essentials** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + 7+ years of experience working in technical project implementations + Developing and communicating the program vision and roadmap + 2+ years of project leadership experience + Strong consulting experience + Experience communicating with all levels of the organization + Initiate and facilitate meetings + Process improvement documentation and execution **Role Desirables** + 2 plus years of leadership/management experience + Medicaid experience + CGX clinical technical experience + Certification in SAFe Methodology **Additional Information** Humana is an organization with careers that change lives-including yours.
